So what non-Seth MacFarlane created cartoons are you watching or were watching? This is the forum to talk about them.
I just finished up BoJack Horseman season 3. I knew the show was pretty great when I saw the first two seasons, but holy shit, the third season was amazing. Only one episode I didn't like in the entire run and it was only the second animated T.V. show that made me cry, after The Simpsons. I won't tell you when for those who haven't seen it, but I highly recommend it. It's the funniest, saddest, most powerful T.V. show possibly on the air right now.
I also just finished up The Loud House, the best Nickelodeon comedy since SpongeBob Squarepants and the best thing on the network in a long-ass time. No seriously, watch it. It's really cute and sweet, has great writing, great characters. It is a tad predictable, but if you can ignore that then you'll like it.
I am currently in the middle of Star vs. The Forces of Evil. It's easily one of the girliest shows I've ever seen, but I'm loving it so far. Think of it as a really girly SpongeBob. Most of the jokes land well and it has a great refreshing primary character who I will say may be the funniest girl character next to Francine Smith.
Other than that, just the standard. Those are the most recent stuff. I want to check out the Dragons series on Netflix whenever I get that back up. I loved the movies and I heard the series is pretty great too, so I will certainly check that out.
If you want to discuss which cartoons, adult or children-oriented, you are currently watching and why, just say so below.
