Plot:
While Brian was hired to work as a photographer for quahogwiki and take photos of crime and law disorder, James Woods is mysteriously elected mayor and declared the first annual purging clam were crime is legal through 8 hours overnight all over the tristate of quahog, causing peter griffin to be on his shit list. meanwhile Brian discovers Quagmire having sex with a dead hooker after getting killed by an angry pimp driven off at night, rather than turn it to the cops. That gives Brian the opportunity to expose Quagmire and his deeds days before the the purging clam as long he's stays out of his sight not to be seen. a month later after election month the griffins and the whole rode island state get well prepared for the purge well almost with both peter at the drunken clam with the guys and Brian farther away from side of the bar where quagmire wont be bothered by him and the news goes out during the last hour(s) countdown till the purge about quagmire being the ultimate sex predator/ offender. infuriated how quagmire is exposed to the world and found out that Brian was behind all of this and rather murder peter's mutt, But peter wouldn't let him do it so they argued and fight while peter defended Brian and let him escape, quagmire was a last minute to sentenced under arrest behind bars... FOR NOW, as he teamed up with a group of psychopathic gangs arrested in the past. meanwhile Brian seeks Stewie for help to find some fighting robotic suit to fight off quagmire before he gets him, lucky stewie is well prepared as he saw the movies of the purge he knew this night has finally come to this, but after purge night he owes him money. as for peter and the gang aside for his problems with Quagmire trying to hurt his dog and would rather hurt the whole family he and the griffin family set guard the night goes down to hell in town and Quagmire with his gang bust out of jail on purge night rushed to the griffin's house and Quagmire demanded for Brian on his site to kill, Peter refuses and the griffin family huddle up to plan an escape and move out of quahog for good, but instead escaping is one part but drawing the line on kicking James woods ass he and his ass's self out of office to cancel the purge to save brian even stewie.
