This is a re-translation of the 1st song I translated from Japanese to English
It's RnB and rap
Japanese lyrics: projecthello.com/momusu/dekkaihana.html
My interpretation:
Watashi no dekkai hana / My great flowers
A cloaked promising handsome guy *
or a RnB guy who looks like a BAD BOY
I'm troubled
I'm preoccupied with wondering
What type of guys are in my future(?)
Bein' stupefied won't make us sparkle
Doin' my best will give me personal beauty *
I can only be selfish when I'm young
When these good years are gone, do we compromise(?)
I don't understand difficult things
I want to wear cute clothes
It's like this It's like that
Feelings like this bloom in my mind!
As expected, there's seasons when I kinda end up feeling sad
Cuz I'm on my own
I want to walk hand in hand with him
And match clothes with him, even if just a scarf
I want us to go out on a date and just eat gyūdon *
With intimacy
MY DREAM
My dreams expand
MY DREAM
But it's successful
MY DREAM
I end up crying
THAT'S WHAT IT IS
MY DREAM
Where is it(?)
MY DREAM
When will it start(?)
MY DREAM
Will it be fun(?)
Nobody knows
Forgive me for living as though. Please *
I'm about to run roughshod on somebody's feelings
<Yeah>
I'll make sure to make great flowers bloom
Ultimately, I'll laugh at the end
This is My style,
This is My life
A funny boy that raises the mood *
or a nice earnest enthusiast BOY
I suffer
I wonder. In my future,
what type of guys will come along(?)
Just waiting is nondescript
So I invest in making myself eye-catching
A Yankī Gyaru even if she wears normal clothes
A class act even with hair dyed brown *
Readin' a manual is a pain
Just wrap it up and cut to the chase already
It's like this It's like that
Feelings like this formed in my mind!
Sort of like how they get absorbed in chatting away,
When girls are friends, they lick each other's wounds
And yet, I get distracted
Because the conversation about our dreams gets animated
All in all, the lunch for tomorrow is:
All-you-can-eat *
MY DREAM
I'll call love 'love'
MY DREAM
I'll call my pals 'pals'
MY DREAM
I'll live today
THAT'S WHAT IT IS
MY DREAM
When will it come true(?)
MY DREAM
I'll have faith in the future
MY DREAM
Is it good or bad(?)
Nobody knows
Forgive my life style. Please
I disappoint people who find fault in it
<Yeah>
Lettin' my great flowers bloom,
I'll be the one laughing at the end
This is My style,
This is My life
MY DREAM
My wish expands
MY DREAM
But it's successful
MY DREAM
Even if teardrops fall
THAT'S WHAT IT IS
(See additional lyrics)
MY DREAM
Where do I start(?)
MY DREAM
How should I do it(?)
MY DREAM
Will it be pleasant(?)
Nobody knows
Forgive my lifeway. Please
I'm about to ride roughshod on somebody's heart
<Yeah>
I'll make great flowers bloom
At long last, I'll laugh
This is My style,
This is My life

Additional lyrics:
Woah yeah! MY! MY! MY YAY!
* good-looking guy; handsome man; hunk; Adonis; cool guy
mask or cloak
* beauty; personal beauty; good looks; (a woman's) charms, personal charms, physical charms, attractions; (a man's) personal advantages; well-favoredness
* a bowl of rice topped with beef
* Gomen is a very informal apology that you should only use with close friends and family. It's short form slang for gomennasai. Say gomen when you're 5 minutes late meeting a friend
Gomen / Gomennasai / Gomenkudasai
The kanji of 'men' in 'gomen' means 'to forgive' so the phrases of 'gomen', 'gomennasai', and 'gomenkudasai' (i.e. different forms of keigo in ascending order) would give the apology a sense of admission of the wrongdoing by asking for forgiveness
Both 'gomennasai' and 'gomenkudasai' are translated from Japanese to 'please forgive me' and are more polite than 'gomen', which should be used on close friends and family only
While both 'sumimasen' and 'gomennasai' are rightly acceptable ways to say sorry, 'gomennasai' is somewhat more preferred due to its indication of guilt, especially when facing superiors or in (relatively less serious) commercial settings
* The phrase sanmaimen is a pun on 'sanmaime' (comedian) and the English word 'men'
* Completely Japanese references. Yankīs are basically Japan's stereotypical "bad" people who are known to always dress flashy and over the top. See: Tanaka Reina's fashion sense. Yankīs generally hate wearing normal clothes since their whole world is basically built on being rebellious and sticking it to adults, so never expect to see one wear a uniform properly.
Class act or honor student
Honor students, on the other hand, tend to follow school dress rules to the letter. That means no dying your hair ever, especially since around 99% of Japan is born with black hair and dying it (even if it's just medium brown or whatever) traditionally means you stick out like a sore thumb
So this song's like, screw it, I am what I am no matter how you think I look like
Gyaru is a (young) woman adhering to a fashion trend usually marked by brown or blond-dyed hair, gaudy clothes, and accessories
* or smorgasbord
On a side-note, most verbs in this song are conjugated like slang, which doesn't carry over into English very well. Just keep in mind the tone is really casual throughout the song
FYI I'm a Yankī
